let's Get Experimenting!

Hear me out, what if you stopped trying to find the right way to be, and started finding what actually works for you?

With you.

For you.

By you.

I Get It

You've bought the books.

Listened to the podcasts.

Tried to "heal" yourself twelve different ways.

You've been told to set boundaries, regulate your nervous system, stop people-pleasing, be more confident, rest more, work less, think before you react... blah blah blah. It all starts sounding the same after awhile.

And really it just feels like one more thing to perform. More empty promises. Or worst of all things that don't feel achievable.

I know, because I feel the same way.

And maybe on top of everything else you're exhausted from trying to get yourself right.

So let's try something different because...

You don't need another list of things to do. Or to become someone else. Or to heal or change.

And I'm not here to tell you what to do.

I'm just here to help you find out.

Experimenting is The Fun Part

We're going to be borrowing from the scientific method, but only the parts that work for us. Because that's what it's all about. If it doesn't work for you in your life, then it has no business being part of it.

So in this experiement:

You are the researcher.

The experiment.

And at the end you are the judge and jury of the outcome.

We're not looking for the right answers.

We're looking for your answers.

Buckle up because we're going to meet the woman who's here today!

Here We Go!

🧪 Start the One-Minute Experiment

There are no prerequisites, just trying things on like in a store. Keep what works and leave the rest.

Because you don't need to know what's wrong, a shadow self, or childhood trauma.

You get to find out what you want today, right now, in this moment.

Enter your email and I'll send you the One-Minute Experiment to start immediately.

We're Not Looking to Diagnose

A diagnosis means something is wrong, and that's not what we're looking for.

We're looking at patterns you've learned.

Ways you've learned to respond when life gets overwhelming.

And we're not going to shame them away anymore.

We're going to get curious about them, and notice them.

One Minute Is Enough

For the next three days, the research you are gathering is something incredibly simple:

Stay with yourself for one minute before you answer that question, before you add more tasks, before you start judging or shrinking yourself.

There's no

Fixing.

Performing.

Becoming.

No deciding whether you're doing it right.

Just:

Stay. Notice. See what you learn.

Because here's the thing:

You can't make an informed decision about yourself if you never take a chance to try something different and see what happens next.

What happens when you experiment?

You might notice:

“I'm exhausted.”

Okay, great.

You might notice:

“I actually don't want to do this.”

Wonderful.

You might notice:

“I'm angry.”

Of course, that matters.

You might notice:

“I said yes because I was afraid they'd be disappointed.”

Here we go, now that's new.

And then?

You get to decide what to do with that information.

That's the part just for you.

Because noticing yourself isn't the end goal.

It's the beginning of having a choice. The choice you actually want or need at that exact moment.

And here's the part that gets me excited every dang time. What you decide you want might change. And that's the whole freaking point. That's why I'm here.

What's Included

🧪 A One-Minute Staying Audio

A tiny practice for the moment you're tempted to fix, suppress, explain, or rush past yourself.

Use it before.

During.

After.

Whenever you need it.

You can be completely over everything, or relaxing at the end of the day.

There is absolutely no perfect way to use it.

📝 Your 3-Day Meeting Experiment

One minute a day.

You'll notice:

What version of you is here today

what your body is sharing

what your mind is saying

what you might need

whether it was possible to stay with that.

Then you'll look back and see what you found.

Not to come to a conclusion or see how well you did.

But to see what you learned during the experiment.

📬 Five Emails to Experiment With

You'll get 5 emails to help you make sense of what you're noticing and begin experimenting with the evidence you've collected, to make a choice just for you.

This is definitely not 5 lessons on how to become a better woman. Because, just hell no. Nobody needs that energy in their life.

It's 5 invitations to pay closer attention to the woman who's already here.

I would guess that this version has a whole lot to say.

We're NOT Looking For a Specific Outcome

But maybe...

You notice something new that you want to explore further.

You discover that something you thought would help... actually doesn't.

You feel exactly the same.

You realize you need rest.

You find out you're angry.

You say no.

You feel like you owe a 3 paragraph apology.

The guilt lasts ten minutes.

You feel so relieved you wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

All of that is information.

The best kind of information. The kind that you discovered on your own. You get to use that.

Because Eventually

You notice...

What drains you.

What lights you up.

What you keep saying yes to.

What you're afraid to say no to.

Which feelings you immediately try to get rid of.

The stories your brain tells you.

You try something.

You see what happens.

You adjust.

You try again.

And slowly, you stop asking:

“What am I supposed to do?”

and start saying:

“I know what I want”

You stop starting from everyone else's needs and ending at your own.

From knowing you can find your way. Because you aren't too much, and you can feel good with the person you are today.

Ready for your first experiment?

One minute. Three days. No right answers. Just you and one experiment at a time.

"I loved how this practice acknowledges that even when we try our hardest, we will still not show up perfectly, and how to meet ourselves there."

- Stacey A.

"It was so good for me to be aware of how badly I spoke to myself"

It’s a great tool to use to be more aware/ present and start to shift your own thoughts/behavior towards a calmer nervous system and clearer head.

- Alysa W.

"This is what I needed"

I was so tired of everyone telling me to just be calmer, or patient. No matter what I did, it didn't work. Then I found this and it helped me understand I wasn't broken or failing. I just needed to recognize my body's cues.

Why I'm Out Here Experimenting Too

I spent years curating a persona to make myself easier for everyone else. I didn't know how to answer "what do you want to do this weekend?" without checking in with everyone around me first.I had done it for so long, I didn't know who I was, what I needed, or even wanted. I felt like putty molding into everyone else's version.

And when a new version of myself made itself known... I ignored, pushed through, carried more, or judged myself.

The anxious version must have been broken.

The frustrated version was a failure.

The angry version wasn't healed enough.

I knew the tools.

I knew the nervous-system science.

I knew what I should do.

And I still couldn't seem to make any of it work consistently.

Eventually I got so burnt out that I gave up completely, and stopped asking:

“What's wrong with me?”

and started asking:

“What happens if I try this?”

That changed everything little by little.

I stopped treating every failed attempt as evidence that I was failing.

It became information.

And information gave me choices.

I'm a registered nurse and board certified nurse coach, but I'm not here to hand you another to-do list for how to live your life. There are enough loud and certain voices out here.

I'm here to experiment alongside you.

Because I don't think you need another person who knows you better than you know yourself.

I think you might just need the right environment to find her. And I know I can't wait to meet her.

You don't need to become a different woman.

You don't need someone to tell you who you are. You need a chance to learn for yourself.

Find out one experiment at a time. There is no failing, only information you can use the way you want to.

.

Two minutes. No quiz. Just pick where you want to start.
